@MsLit02 In Penna, no such laws exist. In Ohio, I know I am a mandated reporter, but apparently, JoePa did all that PA laws required him to do. Not that that is any excuse - you shouldn't need a law to tell you the right thing to do.
castration is the only answer...doing little or nothing put them in the room with the pig who raped those kids. If someone uses their dick as a weapon then take it away - CHOP CHOP. I hope the bums rot and their supporters join them soon
Now you white people see, who do the crime ha I was glad this happen cause to show you racist bitches black people not the only ones do crime whites are catching up with us and you all know it look what this old man did and nobody report it but quick to jump the gun when I walk in the store thats why white people get away with stuff cause they dont snitch on eachother but they want us(black people) to snitch on eachother wtf
If you witness a child being abused, you either stop it and call the cops or call the cops so they can stop it. The eye witness didn't, he just told others and it all got hushed up.
I disagree respectfully with this. Joe didn't want to cover this up. He went to his superior as soon as he heard about it and told him, and it was HIM that should have fired the coordinator, as Joe or anyone else probably thought would happen. But that is where nothing happened, so I still think you can't blame JoePa for this. Again, its opinions.
@lawrencetimmons94 really? follow procedure? this act is beyond a job or rules of procedure. Joe aided this child rapist but not making sure it wasn't happening again. if nothing was happening to get that rapist he/JoeP should have called the police himself. if your child was being rapped and someone said "well i knew and told my boss but ohh well he didnt act on it"...would that be OK enough for you? If it was my kid, id make sure they all felt what the kids felt
Nicely done. I'm sure there will be a Movie for sure about this. They all are getting what they deserve. And I have no remorse at all about any of them. They'll all burn in Hell together
Chris, you did it again! LMAO!

All issues aside, this was a really great job on a spoof trailer.

You are required by law to report child abuse. If your superior does not report it, you are required to do so.
