@dilahk927 Right! Without Fumie, Yuka, Shizuka, and in some ways Kristi, I feel like Mao and Miki would not be as good as they are right now. They needed trailblazing women in Japanese skating, and those four did a fantastic job (even if Kristi was Japanese-American).
