As hard as i try, I really cant hear what people find in Pop music. yes, i am a metal and rock fan. but it does not mean that I am anti-pop, i just cant hear anything in it. i highly recommend you try symphonic metal, im sure maybe of you all will love it. try out "meadows of heaven"

pop music is ridiculously ridiculously simple and has been over produced to have nice clear sounds for those people that have undeveloped auditory processing in the brain..which is most of the population. not everyone has grown up with a rich source of good music or instruments around them. wat do u expect.. the general population dont know any better. also the superficial image which comes with most of this stuff doesnt make it any easer for these people to see through it.... ..it is catchy tho

@nightwish22893 I produce a little bit.so i dont mind pop bcause practicaly the whole sng is prduction rather then the writing or playing of instruments...but i identify it for wat it is..which most people dont..atm im listurning to alot of alt progrssive and minimal electronic music.bit obsessed with synths atm so go figure and im also obsessed with jeff becks live show at ronnie scotts. i play guitar, bass and piano and can appreciate all genres but mainly listurn to prog, minimal and alt rock
