You inserted the centre loft pole under the cover not on top of the centre fold. In your next video I would learn the product first rather than jump into it, you'll be a

  • Glad I found this video and I purchased a Cover Valet because of it. But the sound effects and music in the video just get in the way and ruin the video.

  • Dan, it appears as if you are still struggling somewhat lifting the cover with the gas pistons in place. I had a piston driven system, that when new, took only two fingers to lift into it's upright position. Leaves me to wonder about the quality of those pistons.

  • well, 3 things......this spa is very big, the cover is fairly heavy, and i am weak :o) it is actually pretty easy and there are a number of other cover lifters on the market that we sell....and i find the cover valet to actually be the best one. thanks for watching. dan

  • yeah, sometimes cover lifters are too high for gazebos.... dan

  • very helpful, i didn't know there was such a thing to help you lift the cover. only thing is, this probobly wouldn't work on mine because theres a gazebo that goes around it.
