actually u can set a ringtone...start from the main menu...then go to ''phone''.......then u press the menu(top left) button.....then go down to settings...and click on it....then click on general...then go down...and u gon be able to set a incoming phone call or voice mail... or message alert ringtone

I have posted more infoThe first thing you do is hit phone then hit menu then settings then click general then scroll down to the ringtone selected in this case it should be T-Jingle click on that then scroll around and find the ringtone you want and then go down after you select your ringtone to new voice mail alert and click on new message and then scroll around to the one you like.
