I know those tire issues occur every once in a while, but 2008 was simply a bad year for tires, Goodyear couldn't supply a decent one for Atlanta, Indy and Talladega, and perhaps for a few other tracks. There were a lot of tire issues in those races, glad that was a wakeup call for goodyear to get off their lazy asses and improve the tires.

But the good news is, he will be racing 3 more years as Steve his crew chief signed a multiyear stay with Gordon hoping he will find that 5th championship. :)
