  • pretty cool but i dont like windowns front screen how the botom and right side is just black. when u have 4,7 inch screen u wana show it all

  • Come on man...720p? Still????

  • @ESPlover707 I agree that they do have to up that. But then again, I really don't notice the difference when I'm watching a 720p and a 1080p video, haha. The only time I can tell is when I see on the bottom of the page that it's a 720p or 1080p video, lol. So I don't know, haha.

  • So glad to see HTC making a quality camera FINALLY! I hope they are upping their game with better audio playback in camcorder mode, clearer and louder external speakers, and higher quality radios.

  • Wait the most important thing is the camera? Man when my LG-C900 goes then no more Windows phone for me..

  • not disappointing, out of date...

  • i wonder if samsung will be releasing an LTE windows phone soon

  • dissappointing!

  • they spelled Peter Chou wrong. its Peter Chao.

    Chao outside mutha fucka!

  • Wow just what no one wanted another windows phone.

  • enzowsmario

  • @MichaelMantion Because really, you know what everyone wants. I didn't see the Titan II coming so soon but I definitely would want one. Also, HTC makes multiple Android devices per year (quality ones, I might add) and yet the CEO uses as his daily driver one of only 3 Windows Phones that his company announced in the past 4 months.

I think that public perception is changing when it comes to Windows Phones and their user ratings have always been and remains to be ridiculously high.

  • @cKlutcHJ21 IF HTC's CEO uses a windows phone it is only learn from others mistakes. :D.. lol but seriously I do know what people want, no one wants a windows phone, even if they think and say they do, they don't. I have to assume windows phone users are radical extremist that froth at the mouth when anyone says anything bad about windows phones. lol Come on seriously, you really want this phone? I assume you are joking but if not why? I watched the video I see no reason to choose windows.

  • @MichaelMantion Look up the "Microsoft, Defying Image, New York Times" on Google. You may not like it but tech journalists, tech reviewers, and people like me (engineers) do.

Here are a couple of reasons:

    1) It always works. No crashes, no glitches, and no force closes. Windows Phone is dependable and for people with important jobs, the most essential thing to have in a device is dependability.

    2) People with class understand the elegance that minimalism brings and that is what WP offers.

  • @cKlutcHJ21 ? really windows phone never glitches huh? I have heard its been plagued with problems for over a year. I hear ICS is superb and better then windows phone in almost every way. I clearly don't have class, I don't get a smart phone for minimalism, I want features and options. If you want minimalism why get a smart phone. its like saying this windows phone is the tallest midget (yah I said it, I have no class remember)..:D I only read the NY time for laughs.. never for tech info.

  • @MichaelMantion I have no idea where you hear that WP has been plagued with glitches because it is widely considered as the most stable smartphone OS while Android being the most unstable.

Minimalism is not about the features, it is about the design of the look of the OS. Windows Phone's features match up with iOS and Android.

NYT is a very reputable newspaper but they are also not the only ones who rate WP highly. Android is a good OS but the unreliability kills it for me.

  • @cKlutcHJ21 OK NYT and Huffington post are not reliable sources of news, especially tech news. Of course there are going to be no name sites that rate it high and then block user comments. Google "windows phone glitches" plenty of results. Android has thousands of versions and modifications, hundreds of phones and hundreds of thousands of apps.. iOS controls their hardware and software. iOS has had many serious issues. Windows phones does not come close to the features of Android or iOS.

  • @TheUrvansh Don't worry they're not too different

  • @TheADAM445 like iPhone designs

  • @InfernalJay then tell me why do U need an iPhone 4s when there is already an iPhone 4 what is so different about the 2?

  • Hes so cute during his presentation, nt sleek and polished but u can hear his passion haha

  • @TheUrvansh The only downside to HTC! I bought the Sensation, then a few months later the XE and XL came out :(

  • Looks fucking amazing, I hope it comes to the UK. Although I doubt it

  • Bwazing fast!

  • @kedaaaa did you mean life?

  • Most sporting event in CES..... love HTC, Thumbs up if you love HTC!!!

  • @pravin95raj omg... go back to real live...

  • To think of it, I think that Apple serves as a kick-off on competition for smartphone. Well this is rather good I think as the competition serves as a motivation for companies such as HTC, Samsung, Nokia and Etc.s to make better phone. The HTC Titan II made a rather powerful breakthrough coming in with a rather epic 16mpx camera! Hope to see this competition to spur more development and improvement ! :)

  • Why for what reason is there a Titan 2 announced when the first Titan just came out? And HTC needs to stop making so many damn phones. I swear there's a new one every week...and look the same

  • in my country we don't have windows phones

  • Walking the footsteps of iphone 3gs and iphone 4s? wow, only Apple could pull it off, i doubt android can...

  • nice... not

  • same design YAWN as all other htc phones

  • 16 megabit camera LOL
