The only way you win this show is if you bring some sort of weird entertainment to the show. Then the producers ask Alan (nb: im not saying "sir" because his A PRICK) to leave them in the show (not fire them) then they stay, Alan keeps one in mind and they match up against each other. REMEMBER the money they get paid (£100K) is the money (small proportion) ALAN gets from the BBC - he uses that towards their pay.... (not from his own pocket " typical jew")

i really liked maj, his a nice down to earth guy, but he had to go, i suspect noorul will be next, you see this programme is not about nice guys, its about drawing people and that means keeping the talkative, loud and annoying candidates in, and the quite and orthodox out. its as much about entertainment then it is about finding a good candidate. actually its just about entertainment, if sir alan wanted a good candidate, he would find him through professional recruitment companies.
