  • Your professional guidance into how to size a bike for you is to have someone at a bike shop do it for you, WOW I could have done that myself. But that's why i came here to find a magical mathematical formula so I know what I am talking about when i go into a shop. You my friend are no more knowledgeable then I and have no right posting on you tube about the subject.

  • I have a few extra pounds, (bit less than the poster), am 51, 5'10 1/2" with a 33" inseam. Trying to decide which frame (Ibis Mojo) is right. I think I'm right between M and L. I want it about 50% for road, 30% for trails, and 20% for AM. I don't want to be stretched out like a racer all the time, but don't want to sit upright either. The M is 17" and the L is 19". Which one would you choose?

  • @canadianroot 19 or even 21 are you done growing? if not go with 21

  • @thededer Yeah, at my age it will soon be shrinkage time! But in the end, I went with the Large Ibis Mojo SL. Couldn't be happier with my choice. In fact, I could even use a bit more top tube, so I'm considering getting an offset seat post, but my mech says no.

  • you used to race?

  • Bascily what he said was, "ok im gonna show you how to buy the right bike.......so buy some bikes and try them out and see whats right for you," Wtf?

  • i hate the black writing soooooooo much!! laggity lagg lag like what the hell!
