well,actually you can hear that sample in a lot of songs besides warp,its a pretty old sample actually,but still great after the years

Don't be so ignorant, you can accomplish the sound by making it yourself. It's called a 'hoover' sound. It was introduced by the track 'Dominator' made by Human Resource in 1991. The Bloody Beetroots aren't the inventors of electronic music you know.
