  • I found a few of these living on my live rock, but they only come out at night.

  • Very good!!! I am happy to hear about your success. Most people miss the tall tale sign that habitat is the key to breeding amphipods. I am happy to hear you recognized that habitat is a critical point to making amphipods and similar animals happy. Congrats my friend!, carry on! :)

  • i introduced amphipods in my refugium with a ball of chaetomorpha macro-algae about 4 months ago and now they have multiplied significantly not only in my refugium but my display tank as well. was wondering if there were ways i could trap the amphipods in my display tank and save them to feed directly to my scooter blenny (dragonet) who sleeps at night and doesn't get to see the hundreds of amphipods that come out in the darkness.
