How to draw anime (for beginner) 2

How do you draw the round lines to make it tilt the way you want the head to tilt? Obviously you don't use a ruler heh.

Chin on which perspective ? if u followed the guideline it shouldn't be so hard, keep practicing :)

Well about the hair, sometime u have to use ur imagination, what kind / type of hairs u want to draw. So u don't have to draw the hair according to this tutorial, don't worry if it's bad, u can fix it, the key is keep practicing :)
