  • Nice! Check my vids if you need some sample kits...

  • how can i recored

  • The cymbals look like some of my old pin tech stuff from years ago!

  • Ha just popped a hole in. my bass lol....I'll try an electric they look fun

  • Living in an apartment I do care how loud the cymbals are compared to the cheaper rubber pad types! Any feedback on that?

  • never mind what it sounds like. ;-)

  • Can regular .wav files be uploaded to the module?

  • but with these cymbals the isn't make some noise?

  • how much is this kit?

  • @metachozoite about 1100-1400$ depends where you buy

  • makes my dm5 pro look like shit

  • grow a sett of balls and get an acoustic. lol yea might be too loud for everyones' fragile ears. but you dont have to get complicated wires and speakers and shitty plastic tupperware. i mean dont get me wrong electric sets are good but acoustic is better. no drum-brains required.

  • think i pay the extra and have a e pro live.

sorry ALESIS i just don't like the look of the kit.

  • @jellyboy123 You do realise that an ePro costs 5 times more?

  • @jellyboy123

e pro live is garbage. its one of the lowisih end pearl drumsets with some electronic heads on it, you realize you can turn an acoustic kit into an electronic? google acoustic to electronic drumset

  • I bought this kit. Cymbals don't trigger very well... and bassdrum makes lots of sound! For the rest, its a good kit.

Is it possible to install a Roland kick pad on the alesis dm10 prokit?

  • great drums

  • its $599 now

  • @undefeated1000 there is no way that kit is $599. i paid $1500 for my Pintect kit with an alesis DMPro module. and this kit looks way better.

  • @undefeated1000 where at?

  • @undefeated1000 no i sin it for 599 uk sterling £ but over here its going for 699 pound but im trying to find the site i saw it for 599 ,,,,, bloody hard though lol

  • copy of epro live

  • What's better, DM10 Pro or DM10 Studio?

  • @YouHaveMetYourMaker I think the studio might be better since it is quieter, has an extra cymbal, and an extra pad for $500 less, I dont see the point of paying 500 bucks more just for surges and less equipment standard.

  • @Ggevorkyan the rack is much better on the pro kit compared to the studio though. not that you really need a full aluminum rack for some plastic pads. and i believe the surge cymbals are better too. i would still get the studio though.

  • many words looks like a parrot. just play the demo kits. I hate parrots.

  • Can anyone tell me which set is better. Alesis dm10 or the roland td9sx?

  • price?

  • 1499.00 but can be had for 1199.00 ebay

  • @KINGxMANIACx you wonthave to it has an actual drum pedal and a pad that can fit a double bass pedal on it already

  • this dude is a very bad player pffff....

  • BOOOOOO IT SUCKS

  • @KINGxMANIACx Yes you can =) You can assign any sound to any pad, cymbal or pedal ^^

  • i would like Alesis to provide the end user with a conversion program that would allow me "the end user" to upload any audio file i want into the sound module...i create my own audio files...i would like to use them as i choose...wen i play....THAT WOULD BE SWEET..!

  • fkin wires all over the place

  • Does any Roland sets have the ability to update sounds via USB? I know one can connect it to a soft synth on a laptop, but does any Roland sets have the feature of storing sounds on the brain module? I think that is a huge plus actually.

  • None of these seemingly modern moduals from Alesis and Akai sound close to pro quality anymore. The Alesis DM-Pro drum modual and the Akai MPC4000 sampler were the last pro moduals to come out of them.

But some of these new machines do have a kind of polished-up generic quality that seem fun.

  • You can load your own samples to the module. I am going to use MIDI to the computer att play through Addictive Drums

  • none of the drum modules sound very realistic...and that includes roland. Software based is the way to go for electronic drums.

  • I would have buyed it if the hihat was at least 2-zone. How can i possible tell a drummer in the studio that "the hihat will sound the same if you play it on the bell or edge"?

  • i might just buy the module, as i recently got the dm5 pro kit, and just buy the new surge cymbals too

  • I find the whistle in the background funny...

  • Still i think for that money its better when u buy a Roland.

  • yes these demo's are all yak yak yak......... WE CAN DECIDE FOR OURSELVES IF YOU JUST TURN THE FREAKIN THING UP... god.........blah blah.....

  • Drummer looks like a young Billy Cobham.

  • what happened to the dm6? it like suddenly dissappeared?

  • i have no idea, i am waiting for it for like 5 months now....

  • yeh i saw that 2

  • dm6 is entry level stuff............ kinda more like a slap in the face to anything Roland, like the hd 1 except for its top notch stuff thats when the dm10 steps in

  • 1:46 to 2:00 NICE!!!!

  • I wish they would crank electronic kits when demo'ing them... cause all i can here is the guy hitting the tupperware...

  • crap i have the alesis dm5pro kit with surge cymbals but now i want this :(:(

    :'(

  • I've just checked out on their website. Sounds quite good, but not great.

I hope Alesis will make another new midi drum interface. Alesis Trigger IO 2 perhaps? lol

  • Thats What This Is It Has Usb To midi Bealt In

  • my Bad Midi To Usb

  • lol?

  • Its the second coming of christ.
