Don't post as many videos. an opening animated or a cue card, name your show, come up with a good opening phrase that's catchy and no one else is using it, be creative, think of good jokes (not trying to be mean) but the jokes have to revolve around what you are reviewing. Don't force yourself too much, you look really nervous. Practice in front of a mirror... daily.

Not really she just needs to practice. It has to come naturally but also but prepared. Either that or make notes. With her "likes" and "umms" it just comes off amature and many people will be bored by it. Take example a class on Speeches. All speeches are noted and scripted if they want to sound professional. The President doesn't get up front of people and talk from the heart. He writes a speech AKA a script for himself to keep himself on topic and prepared.
