i actually heard 10/16 (3322) as well mostly in the beginning and end, when it got to the slow part thats when i heard 13/16 (222322)

The first time I hear a band playing in 13/16 amazing great arranging, great jazzy taste. five points (wish I can give ten!)

actually it is really 13/16 - 22243 . I have never seen 10/16 in bulgarian dances to be honest. and i give it five stars too. i know some of the players :))
