The first part of the soundtrack reminds me of a horn blowing, as if the villagers from the fairytale are alerting the rest of the town about the Glutton.

Very haunting track, of course.

Yeah, this is the song I remember being the scariest. For me, this is what really scared the crap out of me in Silent Hill 3. The whooshing wind noise always gets me.
