Whilst watch the amazing spider man trailer I kept feeling like something was missing. watching this one I realise it's the music...the music for SP2 was just epic and encompassed the whole feel of the movie....new one is wayy too serious in my opinion and new spidy is not as endearing as toby was shame :(
This one was the best one out of the three because spiderman was already established in the first movie and here's the villain and that's that. But the first and third ones were weak, hopefully they bring spiderman back to life with the new one coming out in july and by the looks of the trailer they will.
This Spiderman will always be better, because it follows a great story with good acting, the new Spiderman takes a more serious approach on Spiderman which it shouldn't because Spidermans characteristics are not set out like that.
The reboot of spiderman is more going towards the comics unlike the original 3 (which was good) but not 100% going to the comics. The closest show would be the ultimate spiderman or the 90s spiderman

I remember watching Spider-man 2 in the theaters, I was so excited because when I was little Spiderman was my favorite super hero ever! I remember watching Spider-man 1 on VCR when I was little. I watched so many times you'd get sick of it. But I didn't.
The acting from Tobey MaGuire and Kirsten Dunst at the start of the trailer is awful.
Bad acting was a problem in all three of Sam Raimi's terrible Spider-Man films.
Other problems were the bad casting, the bad and disjointed writing, the films were totally inaccurate to Stan Lee's legendary comics, and the films were way too campy.
Only children and retarded adults liked the 3 dreadful Sam Raimi Spider-Man films.
Thank goodness Spider-Man is getting a quick reboot.
I first saw this on Coming Attractions on E!; a show dedicated to showing movie trailers. I got so hyped I could barely contain my excitement. I never thought the movie would be as good as it was though. I will always love this movie.
I remember when this first trailer came out and....UGH! I was just so excited and the movie delivered everything I could have hoped for from the trailer. Only other movie that's ever done that for me was The Dark Knight and both are my absolute favorite superhero films
Although i'm very hyped they're gonna use the Lizard in the new Spiderman film, I can't imagine someone else playing Doc Ock the way that Alfred Molina did.

Although. the shot of spider-man swinging towards octavius at the clock tower looks MUCH MORE REALISTIC than the one used in the film. he looks very animated in that. but i guess they wanted a more dynamic camera angle. BUT this shot looks like spider man is real.

You have to embrace the honor given to you, even though it might hurt your own life in the process. This series will be truly missed. The acting from Tobey MaGuire and Kirsten Dunst at the start of the trailer is awful.
Bad acting was a problem in all three of Sam Raimi's terrible Spider-Man films.
Other problems were the bad casting, the bad and disjointed writing, the films were totally inaccurate to Stan Lee's legendary comics, and the films were way too campy.
Only children and retarded adults liked the 3 dreadful Sam Raimi Spider-Man films.
Thank goodness Spider-Man is getting a quick reboot.

I first saw this on Coming Attractions on E!; a show dedicated to showing movie trailers. I got so hyped I could barely contain my excitement. I never thought the movie would be as good as it was though. I will always love this movie.

I remember when this first trailer came out and....UGH! I was just so excited and the movie delivered everything I could have hoped for from the trailer. Only other movie that's ever done that for me was The Dark Knight and both are my absolute favorite superhero films

this is THE BEST film of the trilogy. i remember being at the premiere in london. and the audience giving a standing ovation after spider-man swung into the distance. I hope the marc webb film will be as good if not better.
Although. the shot of spider-man swinging towards octavius at the clock tower looks MUCH MORE REALISTIC than the one used in the film. he looks very animated in that. but i guess they wanted a more dynamic camera angle. BUT this shot looks like spider man is real.

I really really want the new film to be good. it has everything going for it. i want a wise cracking smart ass spider-man, his jokes were way too forced in ramie's trilogy. But that being said. i love spider-man and spider-man 2. they are so true to the look and feel of spider-man, the costume is exactly the same as the first one is amazing fantasy till now.

@krishnathegoalscorer haha I'm sorry i meant the suit is the same since amazing fantasy 15 till now. the spider-man suit. raimi had the suit down perfect. although i like the new one too. emma stone looks a lot like gwen stacy in the photos released. but i can't see her acting like 616 gwen. i think it will be a mix of gwen from ultimate spider-man and even gwen in spectacular spider-man. but I'm with you, lets hope for the best.

Spider-Man 2 was the best one because it defined the true meaning of being a superhero. You have to be responsible and understand the sacrifices that you have to make. You have to embrace the honor given to you, even though it might hurt your own life in the process. This series will be truly missed. Hopefully the reboot will expose these beautiful meanings the way this trilogy did. That's all I ask. Marc Webb, please don't ruin my childhood memory!
