That was just the pressure inside of the casing collapsing at burn-out. You were inside of the cone-of-no-sonic-boom with that camera and could not have actually heard a sonic boom.

There is no physical reason why you could hear a sonic boom from the ground, so I don't think you did hear one. I did hear the sound you may have added to the video...
