The reason we warship Allah is that none can harm or help us except Allah. furthermore Allah has Created us all therefore own us, he fashioned us and give us the means to live. Therefore only him is worthy of warship. Allah has said “We did not create Men and Jinn except for Our warship”.
Why we can't warship other than ALLAH? Have they created us?No! Do they give us food? No! Do they protect us? No. Do they help us when we need them? No! Then why should we warship them?

Just out of curiosity (obviously I'm not a Muslim but I am interested) -- why is it important that believers worship none other than Allah? I'm not trying to cause offense, just trying to learn. Of course one should never worship money or worldly things (people included), but if one chooses to worship/respect nature, is that veering from Islamic teachings or perfectly in line with it (seeing as nature was created by Allah)? Also, can a moral non-Muslim who helps out others also go to heaven?
Allaah means THE god the one and only worthy of worship, other gods are man made i guess, ie your desire can be your god if you do whatever it suggests,, etc, Allaah is also the name used by the christians in translating the name god into arabic. you can respect nature as you call it but not worship as worship is only due too the creator, and God( Allaah) is the creator of the heavans and earth and all that exists, a non muslim will get his reward in this life only,
And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers(he will enter hell).(Quran 3:85)
Allah bears witness that Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), and the angels, and those having knowledge; (He is always) maintaining His creation in Justice... (Quran 3:18)
How can ye reject the faith in Allah.- seeing that ye were without life, and He gave you life?.. (Quran 2:29)
Hi, no you cant worship anything else but Allah. The belief is that all else is the creation and Allah is the Creator so all praise, worship is for Allah alone. Associating anything or anyone else with Allah is STRICTLY forbidden and is an unforgivable sin. Who wil go to heaven and who won't is can only be decided by Allah however, we are told by the Quran that whosoever doesn't believe in Allah and the last day and the last prophet Mohammad PBUH is a Kafir(nonbeliever) who shall go to hell.
@billybee01 If you associate anything/anyone with Allah BUT then repent then Allah will forgive your sin, he forgives all sins. Your repentance will not be forgiven if you repent when the soul is leaving the body ( death) also on the Day of Judgement shirk is the only sin that will not be forgiven.
@yuiarakaki 1) y is it important 2 worship Allah alone? - because he created everything n worship is exclusive 2 him. worshipping nature or things around i.e stones, images, celebs, gadgets, etc is a falsity and only god will requite those who do so. 2) can a moral non-muslim go 2heaven? - a yes and a no.. a non-muslim can go to heaven depending on; whether he had faith in god n never worshipped idols, a child who dies having not worshipped idols. an adult who worships idols/nature won't! peace
@yuiarakaki If one believes there is only one and only one God then he should submit to his path (Islam = submission to Allah's path). How can we believe Allah but we do not follow Allah's path?

I thought the imams of Masjid-e-Haram were Sheikh Sudais, Shuraim and Saleh Talib! Is he also an imam there now?
