As an adult, however, I'm starting to see that maybe wearing a helmet isn't a bad thing at time. I always snowboarded with a helmet, so I can't see the weight throwing off my balance too much. And really, unless you're filming a part or competing, it shouldn't matter if you have one on your head. You'll look more retarded with your head split open than with a helmet on.
