@fratzolaki19 At the moment (don't know about this new wiiU yet), the WII base unit is "just like" any other game console. You buy it, and you play different games on it (basically a little computer). I think wii sports comes with the wii when you buy it, so that's free. But what you seem to be thinking of are the extras: extra handcontrollers, the balance board (THIS you might need for certain games), and other gadgets like rackets, etc are separate. Games you also buy sep. sorry:outofletters;)

Not convinced... looks reeeaaaally gimmicky to me, at least some of the uses they demonstrate some of the functionality actually belongs on something like a smartphone not a nintendo controller..
