  • you will have to het HDMI cable from the TV to your XBOX and also use the XBOX RCA connectors and plug the red and white to your surround system. both must be plug in at the same time. it work for me

  • This won't get you surround sound. This will just get you stereo, like just a left and right speaker. In order to get surround sound, you need either a hdmi cable, or an optical cable.

  • I know you're trying to be helpful but I'm sorry there's no way you can get surround from using red and white wires straight into speakers. :)

    It will just be stereo you are getting, even if you have a 5.1 speaker system you wont be getting surround.
