I'm rehabbing my shoulders, physio gave me a theraband, (rubber strap) told me to tie it to a door handle and do the same rotater cuff exercises as TMW are talking about, easy and you can control the resistance by how far you hold along the strap, made my shoulder stable as hell. Bench press, shoulder press etc feel way better.

ANOTHER *HUGE* UNDERRATED EXERCISE = HIP FLEXOR PULSES/LIFTS. You stand on one leg, and pulse the other one up and down for high reps (30 to 40) in about a 6 inch range of motion. HIP FLEXORS are wayyyyyy neglected but so fucking important for sprinting, uphill hikes, SQUATS, etc.

Answered this before the video started, glad you said rotator cuff. When I had a shoulder injury in the past I found exercising this small muscle reduced my recovery time. Just saying, it's only advice ;)
