  • Workout cuffs before or after workout?

  • @HiMyNameIsTam NEVER do external rotations before a shoulder, chest or back workout. Either AFTER chest/shoulders/back, on leg or arms day, or on your off days.

    If you fatigue shoulder stabilizers before pushing heavy weight, you WILL snap ALL YO SHIT.

  • This video is complete truth. I research and read up on gymnastics as well as bodybuilding. In gymnastics, the shoulder is like the hip of the upperbody. Taking care of your shoulders is important, and most people neglect shoulder extension movements and the rear delts just like the twins said.

    so i'm 176 pounds and i'm just starting to work out, i do have a lot of body fat and a lot on my mid section.

    now. i checked out that the best way to build muscle and lose fat is Cycle carbs

    so i checked out bodybuilding com

    and used carb calculator on one article about cycling carbs.

    i entered my weight and it gave me these results

    Low days- 88g

    Norm days- 264g

    High days- 396g

    is it possible, will i lose fat with so high number of carbs?

  • ANOTHER *HUGE* UNDERRATED EXERCISE = HIP FLEXOR PULSES/LIFTS. You stand on one leg, and pulse the other one up and down for high reps (30 to 40) in about a 6 inch range of motion. HIP FLEXORS are wayyyyyy neglected but so fucking important for sprinting, uphill hikes, SQUATS, etc.
