Alpha Flight has some great mutants you just need to read their stories. John Byrne created some great characters and they really fleshed them out, one episode in a cartoon for kids doesn't really get to show it off. Besides lots of the cool Canadian mutants have never been put in cartoons like Nemesis, Murmur or Radius & Flex (because they weren't in the original run or weren't alphans). Then there's shit like X-men Origins Wolverine that kills off the old James & Heather they put in there.

When Puck used magic spell to trap Razor again the gem was broke in two, and he used his body to trap the spirit. This caused him to become a dwarf with superhuman agility and retard his aging process.

A lot of members of Alpha Flight aren't mutants.. in fact ONLY Northstar and Aurora are (and technically they're half-elves if you count the Loki storyline.) It doesn't matter if they're mutants, Wolverine is a mutant and they are from his past.

@sameshitdifday no i am not i had thought it was north star from alpha flight i was just trying to confirm it because i thought it was north star when i read the comics over 20 years ago when i saw the xmen clip i remebered the alpha flight comics and recalled one of them was gay I also think it is progress that there are gay superheros in comics sorry if i offended.

Puck is not, nor has he ever been...A mutant. The only mutants on this team are Northstar and Aurora (the brother and sister in black and white costumes).

@erikdedekkers Yeah Wolverine has enhanced strengh and reactions and ovb healing. His Bone claws and Adimantium skeleton are a bonus.

@erikdedekkers I think is enhanced strengh just compensates for the sheer wight fo his skeleton, Your right he can't lift cars and such but it is enough to kill him extreemly agile since he has to pull his heavy ass around.

This was the best episode, called RepoMan, beside the Phoenix saga. The artwok and story are great. Only one problem. . . Puck isn't a Canadian mutant or any kind of mutant.

@GladiatorGT : Hi, Marvel must have revised his origin because in the original Marvel Universe series (1983) it states he has no Super Human powers, and John Byrne stated he wasn't a Mutant when I asked him at the San Diego Con in the mid-1980's. I haven't read past 1985 so not too familiar with revisions.

@GladiatorGT I know that Marvel had puck as a merc from the 1940's that had gone to Saudi Arabia and stole a mystical gem that released Black Razor the demon wizard. When Puck used magic spell to trap Razor again the gem was broke in two, and he used his body to trap the spirit. This caused him to become a dwarf with superhuman agility and retard his aging process.

@Sephlock Look above your comment at GladiatorGT's background on Puck. I stopped collecting current comics in 1986 and at that time Puck had no definitive origin. That has changed in the last 25 years.

@tellshiar Puck has a demon trapped inside his body, which allows him immortality and enhanced agility, he is not and never was a mutant. A lot of members of Alpha Flight aren't mutants.. in fact ONLY Northstar and Aurora are (and technically they're half-elves if you count the Loki storyline.) It doesn't matter if they're mutants, Wolverine is a mutant and they are from his past.
