Basicly, my theory is that Miku broke up with someone. Miku still loves them, and wants them back, but this person feels they've had enough, and doesn't care for her anymore. As the top rated comment says, Miku then hurts herself, explaining the hospital like setting. Still, the person doesn't care for Miku. She decides that since this person doesn't at all care for her, she doesn't want to love them, and in her vengence, she hurts him. She is happy with this decision and the song ends.

@CrumpetKitty14 Yep! Crime and Punishment is on I-Tunes. Look up Deco*27 ( he is the creator of the song ) and its called "Tsumi To Batsu" under the album of "Sou Ai Sei Ri Ron" I-Tunes has a few songs on there but changes the name alot. hope this helps

Continuing from my previous post, that "something" could be suicide. She decides to commit suicide, but she realizes it wouldn't have as much of an impact as she'd want, so she decides to do a "double suicide" by killing the person she loves and then herself.

I don't think she's sick or anything, she just depressed because the person she likes hate her. For example, the heartbeat slowing down and more blood being poured into the bag is a metaphor that she loves him so much, but the more she pours out those feelings and loves him(the bags slowly draining its blood), the quicker she'll die and become more depressed because he doesn't love Miku.
