I don't think it's so much that NY has fallin off but it's more that rap music isn't NY dominate no more because other regions have come up and their rappers are going national. So I think things are just more spread out nowdays. Rap is so big and spread out now that if you live in the south and midwest you can just listen to rap from those regions if you wanted to.
