  • Ya a true politician, blame someone else....See how he thought he could just walk all over the student, and then he shut up after he sounded like the bad guy?

I bet hes sorry he done this speaking.

  • lol fox news is for retarded people.

  • @ciceroyeah like the msnbc is for arrogant people....or the democratic party for poor people

  • CHECK OUT MY FAVORITES IN MY VIDEO SECTION!!! THEY'RE YOU'LL SEE THE DEMOCRATS LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH!! EDUCATE YOURSELF MORONS TO WHO CAUSED THIS DISATER....THE DEMOCRATS!!!

  • @OBAMAJUSTSAYNO So you're saying that the republicans never lie/lied... what is the Iraq war Dipshit, Both sides lie through their teeth you hack. My side... I don't have a side which tells me that I am well beyond you in this argument. You seem to think that one side or the other is good, well take a moment to unplug your head from you ass and you educate yourself to the truth. Look up the cfr, trilateral commission, the federal reserve, and american support of a terrorist state called israel

  • @ANDE71 Hello LIAR! You do have a side and thats supporting this goofball we call president! You're just to dishonest to admit you were Duped for voting for hope and change! You are the type of MORON who doesn't read and or comprehend what someone has typed. You assume and take out of context whats really been said! Thats because you've been mind controlled and taught by the far left media! No original opinion, just vomitting up what you are told is the truth! You are a SAD F*ckkkkk

  • @OBAMAJUSTSAYNO First off you are a complete idiot. Second, I didn't vote for either side... I voted a straight Libertarian ticket with Ron Paul for president, I guess once again I am smarter than you. It's obvious to me that you still haven't done your homework, or you wouldn't be such a republican lackey with little understanding of what's really going on. The fact that you had no answer to ANYTHING that I posted tells me how ignorant you are to anything dealing with the reality of goverment.

  • Copy and paste between the dots>>>....Barney Frank Created the Housing Bubble....Democrats were WARNED of Financial crisis and did NOTHING....Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, and Democrats are Clueless on Freddie Mac Fannie Mae and the financial....Barney Frank in 2005: What Housing Bubble?....Shocking Video Unearthed Democrats in their own words Covering up the Fannie Mae

  • @OBAMAJUSTSAYNO I'm sorry, who was in charge of the house when the bubble burst and the market crashed from around 10,000pnts. to 6,000pnts? Oh yeah wait... Bush and his cronies. Anybody who argues one side of this fence or the other is an idiot. You want to increase economy, you want the system to work for you? Well then demand the dismantling of the federal reserve and the corporate entities that drive world prices up and devalue our currency... why don't you find out why you pay income tax.

  • @ANDE71 If you actually watched the posted video's where the congressional hearings went on, you'd clearly know these actions by the DEMOCRATS, were put into place in 1995 under NOW GOVENOR CUMO. of N.Y. You'd also LEARN Franklin Raines was the man in charge, put there by BILL CLINTON! Clinto HAD NO HEARINGS!!! WATCH ALL THE VIDEO'S MORON AND GET EDUCATED!!

  • @ANDE71 Your DEM's controlled both the house and senate!!! If you had any ovaries girly man you know in 2004 and 2005 they're were congressional hearings on fannie and freddie!! And YOUR SIDE LIED!!! and it came to a bubble in 2009!! THANK YOU DEM's for LYING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. " Shocking Video Unearthed Democrats in their own words " << copy this in the search box MORON!

  • Analogy: (A) Your child took up cocaine under your watch. (B) What is your point? What would you have liked me to do? (A) I'm just a student, you're a parent. I asked you a question, I expect an answer. (B) That's fine, but if you are making an indirect or suggested attack on my parenting, that means there was a reasonable and better course of action that I failed to take; I'm asking you, what was that course of action? (A) ------------

  • @ShadowOps73 the script/outline of the debate is accurate but not the content. In no way can you compare uninformed consumers purchasing houses under lax regulation to a child taking up cocaine (which can only be done because the child has no conception of consequence). However you're right on one point. Beyond attacking the prevailing government, the student has no real information or grounds to stand on

  • Barney Frank is exceptionally bright. This student is only marginally bright. He tries to trap Barney Frank, and Barney Frank sees through that. It's an exercise in negotation and intelligence. Barney Frank takes this kid to task

  • @12321managementman well said.

  • Yale or Harvard?

  • Barney the LIAR copy and paste these titles! "Barney Frank Created the Housing Bubble" "Democrats were WARNED of Financial crisis and did NOTHING" "Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, and Democrats are Clueless on Freddie Mac Fannie Mae and the financial" "Barney Frank in 2005: What Housing Bubble?" "Shocking Video Unearthed Democrats in their own words Covering up the Fannie Mae" for you LOSERS who hide from the TRUTH!

  • @OBAMAJUSTSAYNO Please he clearly states the sub prime mortgage loans the insurance companies which are owned by right wing were too high and he and a few democratic constituants passed their law to stop the loans from spinning out of control you moron.

  • This was edited to discredit the speaker. To see the full, unedited answer, paste this:

    /watch?v=Ykqw1Fcz8Lo

  • @therohaniself oh really? Because I can assure you that you have yet to attend Harvard Law.

  • this is what i mean. its like the conservatives are right. they have the winning part of the argument. but the liberals are so close minded that they make it so that either they win or no1 does. its like if u have ur 3 year old in a wal mart and he says he wants 5 candy bars and you say not because its bad for him/her. then they argue back even tho they kno ur right and when u say something they just go " LA LA LA LA LA LA LA". until ur like fuck it.

  • This kid's a lying douche.

  • the last part is the best. the kid has a testimony and it speaks Truth.

  • See thats a smart kid, my hat comes off to people like him who WAKE up and start living in the real world...

  • The student seems stupid. The crisis did not happen because of what anyone did in 2007. What an embarrassment to that law school.

  • As usual with Talmudic jews, they have one finger on the right thing, and then they feed you the lies with the other hand. It's called the trojan hore technique. Yes he is on the money with his question to BF, but then he still tries to make people believe that there is a difference in policy between Cons and Dems, when he know fairly well there isn't. I wonder what he meant by Obama foreign policy...that is still a mystery to me, should he have withdrawn his support to the nation of Israel?

  • This kid is right on the money!

  • Good Job Barney, I like the way you brought the time line in the conversation. The student didn't like the fact that the Conservatives are being blamed, well ... didn't they responsible for ALL the chaos in US?

  • I don't understand why democrats bash fox news network... sure fox may be biased towards the right but cnn, msnbc and all the other news stations are just as biased or even more biased towards the left.

  • This is not true at all. "Oh all news networks are biased," is a statement of laziness and apathy. There are tons and tons of evidences of Fox News tampering with facts, cutting editing clips, hypocrisy, and Republican propaganda.

Fox is so far to the right that any network, no matter how close to the "center," they look liberal and left.

  • @Craglozer... Right. I said fox may be biased towards the right. I realize this. Then you go on explaining how they are biased. I don't just watch fox for my information. I watch all the networks. Mostly because I like to laugh about how ridiculous some of them are. ALL stations are biased in their own way. There is not one station that doesn't lean one way or another. That statement is not of laziness and apathy.

  • @nickhiller17 You are putting words into my mouth. Your claim was that other news networks are "just as biased as" Fox News. Fox News claims to be "fair and balanced" when called upon their bias, and will defend their position to the death.

Please read what I wrote again carefully: I never claimed that other news networks are not biased at all. And I don't watch Keith Olbermann because I can't stand him.

  • @Craglozer... There is evidence against CNN and MSNBC of splicing clips and tampering with the facts too. Obviously you are a liberal. You obviously get your facts from your biased sources. Just once source: Keith Olbermann. He admitted the liberal bias of MSNBC. You may have missed this episode.

  • @nickhiller17 Again, you miss my point. You were saying all news networks are just as biased as the other. My claim is that Fox News is much more biased and they are much more willing to bend the facts to make them fit their agenda than any other major news networks.

I stand by my original claim: you are making a sweeping and broad generalization that ignores the facts.

You have also distorted my original statement and turned me into a liberal defending MSNBC as a centrist, which I never did.

  • @nickhiller17 because fox news is a joke just like all the other network news outlets. Rather than genuflecting at the altar of Glen Beck please just read a book, just one.

  • @nickhiller17 The issue is that being biased towards republicans leads to simple stupidity. Educated people are simply not as republican as FOX news.

  • @nickhiller17 Because Fox isn't just biased, its dishonest. This clip, for instance, cut Barney's speech in a way which discredited him.

  • @nickhiller17 Because Fox isn't just biased, its dishonest. This clip, for instance, cut Barney's speech in a way which discredited him.

As for the boy from school, when he says he 'got an answer' at conservative events he must mean he got the answer he wanted to hear, because Barney answered the question very carefully.

  • @nickhiller17 The issue is fox news lies and also doesn't use facts, we dont care if fox is biast, but they make up stuff and they dont even try to independent. My favorite quote: reality tend to have a liberal bias.

  • @nickhiller17 i don't support bias in either direction so i bash fox, don't interpret someone bashing fox as them supporting CNN etc

  • right. liberals are the only ones who ever "label." during the bush administration there was an epidemic of conservatives attacking democrats as "unpatriotic" and "pro-terrorist." how soon we forget.

  • I don't understand why people are so "anti-labeling." It's there, so people should use it to their advantage, responsibly and sensibly.

What I do find disturbing, is when people attach connotations to these labels. Some how the labels embody this sentiment of 'good' or 'evil,' rather than the ideas that they are meant to represent. I love how 'socialism' = 'evil,' or 'health care reform' = 'death panel' in this country...

  • Barney Frank was Complicit in his actions and inaction!

  • Why does the title say "YALE law school Student Takes on Barney Frank" when the student in question is a HARVARD law student? I assume whoever posted this video watched it themselves, so it's odd that the poster would make such a mistake. Since this video was posted 6 months ago, the poster had lots of time to correct it, but hasn't.I can only assume writing Yale rather than Harvard was intentional, rather than a mistake. The question is: Why?

  • @7k7p1mnm the answer is who cares

  • @7k7p1mnm maybe he was lazy

  • More complete versions of this exchange are available on YouTube that clearly show that the weight of the facts rests on Rep Frank's side. Although Rep. Frank unfortunately used labels during the discussion, he was far more persuasive and knowledgeable than Mr. Pollak.

  • Yeah that makes sense. After all Senator Frank is a Representative of the United States Government, and the other guy is just a law student. You would expect Frank to win in a political discussion.

  • Looks like Barney's got his pink panties in a twist!!!

  • Notice, of course, Franks never answers the question. But the Liberals attack Joel, not Franks.

Joel Pollak, I salute you for confronting the fag... (Oops, I just labeled the honorable congressman.) I hereby appoint you leader oft he Jewish Republican Committee.

Now if we can get more intelligent Jews to think your way we can take the country back from the demented homos...

  • Barney is 100% guilty and he knows it, hence his angry response. He also needs speech therapy.

  • Comment removed

  • its not hard to believe tht such an indivual as this jewish guy is a republican.

i mean come one he clearly is in harvard law school which, 4 those who dont know

    HAS A CONSERVIATVE FEEL!

but in my opinion... its a shame he affiliates himself with people who are running our country DOWN to the GROUND!

republicans pff... you make me sick

    ='S

  • It's comments like this that remind me that people who hate conservatives, do so without even knowing why. Ridiculous.

  • Yeah, that certainly seems to be the case.

  • At the end of the video during an interview, Joel states "when i first got into Law School, i was a democrat" then, " My position differ from those in that party, esp. discussing on foreign policies; i was alarmed by what Obama (senator at that time) was saying on foreign policy." now, "being a conservative is better and i love Mccain" So Pollak, you decided to bullshit yourself by joining the republican side because Frank got you all shooked up at that conference

  • That seems to be chronologically inaccurate. Pollak stated in the exchange with Frank that he considered himself to be conservative, and also he *worked in McCains campaign.* This exchange took place long after the November 4rth elections of last year, his position clearly was not altered by the discussion he had with Frank in the video.

  • "it allows for you to say things that you don't back up" lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Barney Frank nailed him right there!!!

The thing is, Joel Pollak (the law student) said "i thought of myself as being a conservative"

    To be continued.....

  • This kid goes to Harvard Law, not Yale.

  • @Bereal818 The imbecility of this student's remarks, and the swiftness of Frank's retort, clearly indicate this guy is a HLS student. A YLS student would've made a fool of Barney in a matter of seconds.

  • liteRup7: now you are starting label people. why can't we just say this persona agree w/ this opinion? Most people outside of political circle don't give a damn about the term "liberal" or "conservative", it s what you do and the end result counts.

  • Hello, I'm not sure who you were replying to but I'd like to chime in. Most of the people at my office are very open with their politics, and we sometimes have spirited conversations about them. We don't attack each other though, it's more of an "agree to disagree" kinda thing, but we do poke fun at each other for being a "bleeding heart liberal" or a "war mongering conservative." It's all in good fun =p

  • Giving hope to the next generation. A young man who has searched and found the truth behind the liberal lie machine.
