One thing you have to consider is that Zip still isn't as big as Netflix, but it'll get better as the company grows. I'm on the same plan as you, and I live out east where I also get about 5 films a month shipped to me. I still love the service though.

Your review is fairly accurate for a lot of Canadians as far as speed goes. I just did a review for my site and put up a video to go with it. You can check it out if you want and tell me what you think. You're right about Canadian Shipping, it's poor. As far as numbers go, I live in Vancouver and got 31 movies in my first month and typically get movies in my top 25. I'd never try for 31 again, but it's possible. We'd all like it to be more like NetFlix, but it's unfair to compare the two.
