Thanks for the such informative Capture NX2 tutorials. Reflecting upon your workflow on this video, I would really appreciate if you can share your views as to a need to why apply 12 px radius for the blur and than apply the high pass on it. If you only apply the blur lesser than 12px, it would show the smoother skin tone and save you an extra step of apply shapening. Furthermore, you can also work on by applying multiple adjustments to a single selection, again saving time to copy and paste a

u could also hold down ALT and then click and drag a selection control point to duplicate it..
