Aziz Mian (the Shehanshah-e-Qawwali) is far above nusrat. Nusrat remained focused on the music and sargam. Aziz Mian was the man of QAOL and thats what the word QAWWALI demands.

i agree with u about Sir Aziz Mian......but Khan Sahib's contribution has it's own impact.......both have unique ways it's not fair to their work to be seen in a competitive manner......Legends are to be appreciated....apne apne rang mein dono MOLA MUSHKIL KUSHA ke mast malang faqeer hain.....if people were to really understand these legends no one would be able to pass judgement on their work...their work is an ambassador of peace & love itself; which brings the mankind closer
