Love itself is a highly varying thing; siblings, cousins, friends, lovers... All different. But love itself, whether it lasts forever or not, will leave a lasting impression on you. And whether it's the whole 'love makes sex better' instinct or it really is something unique to us (it ain't - animals love too!), it exists and so... Yeah. Hmm... I'd say 'true love' is very rare, but can happen, and I know of several instances; my mum's been celibate for 12.5 years after my dad died, and as far as she can see, will never fall in love again. My aunt and uncle have been together since... Egad IDK, but they were each other's first bf/gf. Same goes for my godmother and godfather, who have been together since they were 11 and 14.
