I have a question, what do u apply before initiate the paint?, that brown thing.

That was fiberglass that I used inside the boat cover to fill the holes. I had removed all the old emblems, lettering, etc. and it left holes in the sides. Thanks for the question. If you have any other questions you can also call me. 928-925-0685
