It looks....different. If you can get into Dodge's styling they really do have a great set of performance cars. For the small displacement turbo 'boy racers' you get the SRT4, not sure if they're making the SRT6 still but they at least used to have a performance 6 cylinder coupe, the SRT8 Charger and Challenger for the muscle enthusiasts, and the SRT10 for pure road racing guys. Dodge is really on the ball. I saw the new SRT8 Challenger on the highway yesterday and it looked NASTY.

I have wanted a SRT 4 for years and it wasn't untill last year I could afford one. I love the neon, the bang for the buck factor is unmatched but wouldn't want to pick one up used. From what I read in Road and Track, the MS3 is a better performer than the Caliber SRT-4. But they only real way to know which one is better is a test drive.

Me personally, I'd pick the Caliber SRT-4. I like the look better. Dodge always has that aggressive styling and sound. I'd wait a year or 2, Dodge might put out an ACR version SRT-4 Caliber. I never buy the first model because car companies tend to make the next year's model better (like the 2003 215 hp SRT-4 and the 2004 230 hp SRT-4).

Let me tell you something. I bought this car. And I recently came across the neon srt-4 on my way to work. With 285 hp under the hood, that neon was tasting nothing but dust. You can trash talk this car all you want, but at least be smart with your insults, or else all your doing is being ignorant. This car is a keeper for sure, and it stands out to be one of the best. I'm racing an evo next week at a track in Nurnberg, Germany, i'll let you know how it matches up.

The Saturn Astra looks much better IMO, but wish it had a performance version like the SRT-4. Also, ford won't bring a hatch-back focus to the US, so not sold on the new coupe either. What other American choices are there - maybe go to the used market.
