If you would have hit him going the speed she was going YOU would have went to jail and maybe prison if you were to kill him. Dont you know how countries laws and mishaps??? This is America.. 30mph is the acceptable speed when not in a school especially during school hours. Most are 20mph while flashing lights... Speeding wasnt the case.. Safety shouldve been practiced by the kid by wearing a helmet so that when he gets hit he'll be safe

Speed limits are LOCAL laws kid NOT federal. Speeding is the case in this situation because she was clearly going over it. Lets just say she is allowed to go 30 she should have been looking around because she knows shes passing a school and schools have kids playing there all the time. You should always be cautious around schools.

Furthermore, after releasing the brake she "gunned it" and that can be told by how the body of the van leans (forwards first, back second.) As well as the heads of the occupants. Peace.
