  • Robert's decoration is very fine.

  • jerem is absolutly hillarious, cherish your brothers as you do and good things will keep coming!!

  • What a very cool family you have come from! I love the twisting technique, he makes it look so effortless. I'm curious to see how the underglaze comes out. Many thanks to you and Jeremy for the sneak peak into his studio!

  • Another wonderful insight into the working day of a busy potter. And great to watch such a clear demonstration of the "wind-your-wrist-up" technique. Amazing how he can do that movement and still pour the glaze accurately into that tiny jug. Pure skill!

  • Jeremy is AWESOME. Let's see more :)

  • I have been trying to achieve a cone ten reduction glaze all semester at school and every single one I have tested has come out wrong. They either are way too dark like an olive green or they turn out opaque. I made sure I put them all on Helios and I really don't know what I am doing wrong. Its frustrating though cause I am just learning about glazes and how to mix them up.

  • keep practicing.

  • I just reread what I typed earlier and I realized I forgot to mention it was a celadon I was trying to achieve. I will keep at it but I really haven't learned enough about celadons to know what they need in the kiln. I will keep practicing of course. Thanks for the encouragement!

  • As they say in Tiawan lol Tin's iron oxide work is nice and fluid. The celadon must really look sharp over the underglaze. Thanks.

  • Excellent motivational clip. Enthusiasm is contagious.

  • Thanks Simon. I appreciate listening in on your conversations w/ your high energy type brother. Just delightful and informative.

    Nice discussion about underglaze...

  • Happy Thanksgiving Simon :) We are stuffed full of turkey here in the US. I like your Bro. He really has a system for glazing.

Did I understand correctly that he is doing the bisque and glaze in one kiln firing?

  • Hi Simon, I love your brother,he is just to talented. I wonder how many people really appreciate what it takes to do all those pots as quickly as he did and know exactly what glaze he put on what! I'd love to see the finished product. Warm regards to all from Debbie in Florida

  • Just great and much fun to see your brother going on and on. He's mind seems to be full!!! So much things still to do at Lowerdown! Just great.
