  • I would like to sign up for the webinar. watchwithnotime@aol.com

  • @closindagap -click the link under the video and you will be good to go!

  • i wish for kicks you would go buy a unit today... actually i think that would never happen cause you would not pay today's stupid pricess

  • @PickerNation - I would pay I hate your ass for writing that damn book prices, so cats I thought were friends do not even talk to me! They would bid me up on a box of crackers LOL

  • @Glendon007

    HAHAHA!

"Wait. Is that Glendon over there? He's the cat that wrote that book on the business, right?"

    "YUUUUUUP!"

Have to don a disguise to stand a chance of getting a legit bid in.

  • @TheGamblingApocalyps - I went to one auction and every room I looked at everyone was paying close attention. Undercover is right!!!

  • Sealed bids sound tough, very easy to overspend.

  • @stpete5899 - very tough and I over spent quite a few times!

  • @stpete5899

The trick with sealed bids is not to bid just based on what you think you can get for the contents of the unit, but to bid based on what you think other people will bid. Like Glendon says, use odd numbers. Tack an extra 9.99 at the end of everything.

  • Undastaaaand..............

  • @TheToasteeee - thank you!

  • Did you just say gooderer lol great story keep it up!!!

  • @MrSaddie123 YUUUUUUUPPPPPPP!!!!

  • "An empty dumpster, with no lock on it, to a storage auction hound, is like GOLD"

LOL so true. You start remembering the spots where the dumpsters are with no covers or locks for free disposals.

  • @StickyickyX You better believe it! I even had a route where I could drop off trash!

  • Great video Glendon. To the people new to the business like me, don't be afraid of being what some might call a pooper scooper or a bottom feeder! The units I've bought so far have been ones where it looked like the people took what they wanted out of the unit left the rest behind and then just let it default. There was still good stuff in those units. I got a unit last week that was a refridgerator and 3 empty boxes, but I only paid $25 for it.

  • @gr8rw8r The fridge worked, and I'm asking $175 for it. Don't care about what others out their think of you just because you don't have the money to compete for the big units. I went out that day with just $100, and really didn't expect to buy anything, but the units were going cheaper then I'd seen before, maybe because it was only two days after Christmas, and I bought 3 units for a total of $60. I tripled my money the next day, and I should end up with around $700 total.

  • @gr8rw8r Just remember if you're just starting out and don't have a lot of money, bid on what you see, not what you're hoping to find.

  • @gr8rw8r -nice hit! Too many folks are trying to run before they can crawl it took me two years to get the hang of it and I started with those garbage units too! Matter of fact I still bought them even after I made more money and one those garage units was the $62,000 unit for a $1!

  • I was turned off by the 14min timeline, but i'm glad I stuck in there.
