Hey Jeanne Gang, two questions. With all of the exterior glazing, how does the building meet Energy code? And, the cantilevered concrete balconies look great, but ,can't wait to see what they look like in 5-10 years after freeze/thaw cycles.
In fairness, this building was in planning/development long before Starbucks/American Airlines/L.A Times/private sector/GM whipped out their respective hatchets. And lets face it: the people employed by the aforementioned employers were hardly in the marketplace for this level of housing. Can't you hear the siren's seductive calling of the rich?
