Does the filter have small enough pores to breed small shrimps like the cherry shrimp? Looks too big, so that the shrimp babies will get sucked in?

i want to buy this one, but i was wondering if it makes much noise, because i want to place it in my bedroom and i cant sleep with too much noise.

Hello, it's not too noisy. It makes a consistant very loud "buzz", something like vibration more, however it totally fills whole surrounding environment and you can't hear it at all. When you turn it off - you will feel the difference, somehow it's not noticable when working. I have now 2 tanks no more like 1,2m away from my bed and head - still can sleep well.

Unfortunately, heater delivered with this set is without controll panel. I dont use it, and the temp. is similar to my room temp. About 20*C in the winter and about 25*C in summer, cooled by some little USB fan ;)
