  • @oKeegan lol! Thanks!

  • is not nori roasted, dried seaweed?

  • What's with the raw food people these days...man invented fire people...use it to cook with...aw aw aw!!!

  • @thetrashyboy cooking kills a lot of good things. but cooking lets you digest some things. like "pluses" or what ever they call beans these days

  • a delicious alive food... nice video.

  • Pretty cool! There was a lot of controversy over whether Bragg's was raw. Have they finally determined that it is?

  • I'm not sure, but I consider it a spice! Take care!

  • this was sooo good thank you! :)

  • Cool! :D

  • I just tried the sandwich but as the base i used the nut cheeze recipe below to hold it all together and lemme tell u YUM! the recipe for the nut cheeze is below (works better if u soak the nuts overnight, and i used a macadamia/cashew mix) then added the bok, tomatoes, pine nutz, and onion! Im gonna make one more so i can make sure i did it right! LOL

  • Can you send me the link for the nut cheeze recipe? icant find it!! Thanks x

  • hi, email me at honeygood2 through here and i can cut and paste it for ya!

  • Oh man..I really try to do raw and I did try this I really did..the filling is delicions but nori makes me gag!!! Oh what a shame when it's SO good for my health!!!

  • try the nut cheeze, and soak the nori for a bit so its alittle soft, then use the nut cheeze recipe i posted earlier to hold it more together and u barely tast the nori! Have fun!

  • everything sounded tasty to me, except for the onion... would you have enjoyed it as much if you would have left the onion out completely?

  • Thanks for your comment lezlieprapra, you know, it's hard to say, I like onion in things so maybe, maybe not? :)

  • I want some.

  • What does the coconut oil do? help bind, or just flavor it more or help soften the nori wrap? just wondering as i've never had coconut oil before. it looks good though :)

  • figsandolives - Well I think it was to bind and soften but it did more binding than softening of the nori. It kept the ingredients in better than making the nori pliable. I'll probably use water next time.

  • you can't really taste the oil, it does have good fat, but fat nevertheless, so i used a nut cheese recipe to hold it all in, and it was really really yummy and thx for this post, lets keep circulating our recipes and videos!
