I think they were ahead of thier time and maybe people didnt dig it/appreciate it as much as all the post 2000 bands? Gary Stringer is by FAR a much talented singer than Chris Martin could ever wish to be.

There's load of bands still going at 40, Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Rage Against The Machine...etc. Reef would be well able to still put on a good show.

yeah i know... when i wrote 40...i regret it only 2 minutes after i send the comment... cause i know that... i still love the rolling bones :) even after all those years...and a lot of great bands are doin great shows and records after 40... what i was tryin to say is that when you arrived at 38-40 a band don't dream anymore ...they don't expect to make the big commercial break ...it's too late for this...but for the rest ...if they just want to enjoy and take good time...it can be excitin'
