We used Final Cut Pro on this back in the day, but unfortunately the amount of time it would take to crop it the background and composite a new one in would just be unreasonable and yield unsatisfactory results. This was one we just said it was low budget and called it a day!

Nyteshift - I knew an assistant director working on a big budget motion picture who was given the chance to direct second unit. The crew started driving up the Pacific Coast... he kept wanting to get the perfect local... the further you get from base the more the union gets paid. He put us $30,000+ over budge in one afternoon. You did a lot with minimal, that says a lot. It was good to hear from you. Keep it up.
This was a really nice videol. You kids keep at it. Try more pans with the camera, and some low angle shots from the passengers' side in the cars. Don't listen to the 14-year-old driving without a license... keep your future... don't mess it up. The jumping over the camera worked and the long shot running between cars. Using short quick cuts on some segments like that speeds up the pacing. Loved the fingerwork on the guitar. Shoot everyday! I'm really impressed.
@GC1008ca I would have loved to have more moving shots, but this was only the 2 of us shooting this and we were both in most of the shots. We had to set the camera up, run over to where we needed to be, do the scene, and then run back to stop the camera! Not an optimum situation... I've done some low angle shots of cars since then, but I really wish we had shot some more when we did this one!
Nice vid, but there's just one thing....I don't see the connection between the 75 Trans Am and the 66 Nova, I'm just gonna throw in a guess that you didn't know anybody with one of em so you threw in the Nova since it was a hot car, and don't get me wrong, it sure is a hot car! 5 stars
