As a former Verizon rep, I can attest to the HUNDREDS of customers who love this phone and refuse to buy anything else unless its basically a carbon copy of the Voyager. As such, most of them end up buying a used one - just newer than the one they broke. I would say this is one of the top 10 all time verizon "brand loyalty" phones. Like most of the 1700 reviews on this site say, you just can't beat the keyboard.
this phone was junk. my buddy went through 3 of these things in one year. 1 charger port ripped out and 2 phones with the hinges that broke. LG messaging phones have the best keyboards out there though
This phones really old no body should be looking at this review to see if they want that phone now, but I have to admit thats one of the best phones ive ever had, the keyboard beats any phone keyboard thats out there.

@TheTekkenTech1 i was also scared about it cuz i needed one of those two phones or i had to get another intensity(which sucks monkeyass), but honetly, the phone is great. the keys can be a little clicky tho, but thed touch screen is actually very nice, and yeah i would reccomend it much more than the env2 cuz my mom used to have it and it sucked and now she got the droid pro which is way better

I had the original black Voyager but it broke, so VZW sent me a Titanium. Guess what? It broke too! And I don't throw my phone on the ground or anything. These phones were probably discontinued because of all of the complaints. Got myself an enV Touch instead, and it works perfectly.

This phone i have had for 2yrs and 2 months. I started having to many problems with it when i only had like 2 months left of my contract, the touch screen freeze too much, anything i choose it responds like 10 seconds late, and the battery is messed up it dies to fast. Upgrading to a new phone this week ( Droid Incredible) =)

I HATE THIS PHONE! And i dont even own one! My friend kinda recently got a hand me down titanium, and it SUCKS!!! The touch screen doesnt hardly work, you sometimes have to open it up and close it just to got it unlocked, and God only knows how he could ever scroll through the contacts or menus on it. Also, the internal keyboard is so bad, you gotta frickin beat the buttons, and i just couldnt get used to the spacebar being in the corner. And it IS huge, I would never buy this. STAY AWAY!!!

this is the worst phone in all of time! I got this in April 2009 it slowed way down became unresponsive within my first month i had to exchange it for another voyager when we were on a trip. It calls people all by itself it shuts off all the time it freezes. I went through four total in the year I had it. then this last April I got a DROID then exchanged that to an htc Incredible LOVE IT! Fuck the voyager he worst phone in existence fuck all you people who said good things about it >.>
i could text very fast on that phone. but it would randomly shut off bc the battery got loose alot. but i have the motorola droid nd thats a million times better

TO EVERYONE SAYING THE SCREEN IS UN RESPONSIVE: All you have to do is go to Settings>Touch Settings (the very bottom one)> Calibrate! Then BOOM screen should be as responsive as when you first bought it.
I've had this phone for 2 years with a replacement a year through. I can't tell you how impatient I am to get rid of this phone. The touch screen is beyond crap; extremely non responsive. In fact the reason I had to get a replacement half way through my two year contract is because the touch screen just completely died. Garbage phone, looks ugly, feels like crap and overall outdated.

I've Been wanting this phone since last year. Yea the env touch is better I get that but it's very complicated for me lol. So I'm going to get this phone for my bday in like 4 weeks. I'm so stoked.
Actually it's not that bad. It's just I like the portrait style keyboards (like Blackberry's front facing keyboard) a lot more than my Voyagers side keyboard. But I'm actually using the touchscreen keyboard with t9 and it's pretty good too! :) The phone is a bit out dated and the enV Touch is probably a better, more newer phone than this one.

ive had two voyagers and i don't do anything fancy. i just text, call, and take pictures and videos. it's great for that. as long as you take care of it, the quality is fine. my first voyager i had for 9 months and its only problem was that the bottom left touch screen kinda became blurry and unresponsive. i only had to replace it because it stolen. i like this phone!

TO EVERYONE SAYING THE SCREEN IS UN RESPONSIVE: All you have to do is go to Settings>Touch Settings (the very bottom one)> Calibrate! Then BOOM screen should be as responsive as when you first bought it.

I've had this phone for 2 years with a replacement a year through. I can't tell you how impatient I am to get rid of this phone. The touch screen is beyond crap; extremely non responsive. In fact the reason I had to get a replacement half way through my two year contract is because the touch screen just completely died. Garbage phone, looks ugly, feels like crap and overall outdated.

this phone is awesome...it is not a smart phone.. but it's features are pretty good...now a days everyone wants full touch phones... i personally dont like them but all i have to say is that...this phone rocks =)

Actually it's not that bad. It's just I like the portrait style keyboards (like Blackberry's front facing keyboard) a lot more than my Voyagers side keyboard. But I'm actually using the touchscreen keyboard with t9 and it's pretty good too! :) The phone is a bit out dated and the enV Touch is probably a better, more newer phone than this one.

@Britannic1915 Okay, maybe this phone won't be so bad after all. I hate my LG Chocolate Touch so I'm selling it to buy a new Voyager. I would get the enV Touch, but my mom won't let me have internet on my phone so I thought that the Voyager would be the best choicec for me. :]

ive had two voyagers and i don't do anything fancy. i just text, call, and take pictures and videos. it's great for that. as long as you take care of it, the quality is fine. my first voyager i had for 9 months and its only problem was that the bottom left touch screen kinda became blurry and unresponsive. i only had to replace it because it stolen. i like this phone!

@jeffhardy629 I have had both phnes and the voyager is over 2 years old now....and the voyager is decent but at the same time garbage, I am getting the droid for Christmas but I miss the chocolate I had, at first I didn't like the chocolate but I cme to love it and at first I loved the voyager and then came to hate it! Case and point the voyager is a bunch of bells and whistles but in the end is just a very vanilla phone.....
