while regulating signals that came from electronic devices, they decided to

mandate what certain critical circuits were made from in all electronics. those circuits -

found in anything bearing an FCC tag - will defeat in some fashion when

being contacted by specific frequency spectrums. stuff that

wouldnt be present normally so ultra-high most likely for ease of travel and

not to be heard by humans.
