He got the Jeep really cheap and drove it for 2 years. Then the rear end started to go as well as bunch of other things that were making it not so safe to drive.

Let's see any other vehicle last 200k if not 220k like my Cherokee has. I hope to keep mine until at least 300k when it will get rebuilt over and then at 500k.

All of them had electronic issues like crazy, both cherokees blew head gaskets at around 120k as did the liberty's. This is because Chrysler manufactures jeep, and the are pieces of shit. Now my Tacoma and Tundra oh the other hand... 250k miles + and no problems! SUCK ON THAT JEEP LOVERS!
that pos Tundra, we had as a work truck and boss wants to return it. What did you do to a cherokee or liberty to break the trans and transfer case? I beat the dog shit outta mine with 223 on the odometer. i regularly go through mud and trails. And it's my dd, and I know of tons of people here in Michigan with the same situation. My Dodge Ram didn't last to even 130k with less abuse than the JEEP. I mean did you not change the fluids in it regularly or?
Yeah man, changed fluids and stuck to the maint schedule perfectly. I even thought I would go the extra mile and have the local Jeep dealership do everything too... I guess just ended up with 3 lemons? either way, The tacoma and tundra have impressed me far beyond what the jeeps did... as does my wife's toyota Camry with 179k on it an zero problems. Heck, I haven't even had to recharge the a/c on them...
That Toyota Camry is a good car, but the Tundra doesn't even feel like a truck to me. Honestly, if I was going to buy a new truck it would either be the Tundra the New Ram or an Hummer H2T. The Hummer comes with lockers front and rear and a stick. What do you use the Tacoma/Tundra for?
