I consider myself overweight although I do have an hourglass shape and all but the fat is getting in a way of so many things I could be doing and it's hirting my self esteem. Too much extra weight is never healthy. Period.

I think it's best to have a strategy beforehand when it comes to flamers, trolls, haters, etc. My strategy is to not acknowledge them...all they want is to upset you and push you into lashing out. I would never give that kind of satisfaction to a hate-monger.
Well, I'm overweight and I'm trying to lose the weight because I'm just not happy with myself. I can't do the things I used to without the physical strain, I don't like having moisture-trapping rolls, and it's a health concern. I want to add ten years to my life and feel good again.
I have nothing against overweight people. I just hope they remain healthy.
