@DetroitDieselBob I know that a good engine runs as "round" as possible. I'm in Europe and I don't know much about the habits of the American diesel owners, that's why I was wondering.
Man this is the first truck I have ever been able to find that is the exact same setup as mine... extended cab short bed five speed with 4wd only difference is yours is red! Great lookin truck ya got there!
@TrueRedNecks thanks bro im asking about 7.3 beacuse i am looking for some wery strong and long life diesel who never failed me for put in to mine truck. and in poland 7.3 is rare so i dont have who to ask
@TrueRedNecks i seen a duramax in a magazine that makes 1100 hp and 1500 lbs of torque and runs 10 seconds at the drag strip, while at the same time he uses it everyday as his work truck and trailers and the such with it, says it drives like a luxury car until you start getting on it and the turbos spool up lol
@TrueRedNecks what kinda fuel mileage you see i got a 2000 with 200/30% big charger and and custom tuned chip dynoed at 645hp three mounths ago and i just added water meth and i'm 27mpg in town and almost 34 on the highway but good lookin rig man
@ctkallday666 dont waste your time putting a cam in a diesel in hopes of making it lope. one of the keys is bigger injectors and lines. as far as healthy? just depends on how big you go...
@BrianFugate1 You just got to love the sound of a diesel... If you dont then it will annoy the crap out of you.. There are way better lope tunes than what is in this video
Damn son. Thats a clean ass square body Ford. Its getting harder & harder to find Ford trucks of this era in good shape. Most of them are getting to the point of being beat all to hell.
Sweet truck bud! I have a '96 7.3, unfortunately its an auto. But I've been putting a lot of thought into swapping a 5 speed into it this summer. Real trucks have 3 pedals, 2 sticks, and no spark plugs!
oh crap......its a powerstroke family. lol jk. but i drive cummins. i dont hate ford diesels but just prefer dodge. no hatin here. nice smoke! just right. the amount.
bowties obviously doesnt have girlfriend. and doesnt like to sit next to his girl if he had one. nice girls dont like sticks between there legs only their husbands junk not some gear shift. so dont even come back and say oh well your girl must not like your junk or something der der. any ways im done here
@LowDexPro All it does is change the ICP pressure at idle... Kinda over rides the computer.. No harm done besides washing down the cyclinder walls wich isnt very good over time..
@ThundareRed the bigger lines and pump wont do anything besides provide better fuel pressure when the engine is heavily modified. a cheap way of getting a lope idle is to wire in a resistor in your ipr harness but you will have to experiment with the resistance of the resistor
Thats a badass truck. I love them older 7.3's (1994-1997) sounds great i'd like to see more of it. Nice A++++++ . 7.3L Powerstroke all the way. Proud owner of 96,00,01,02...
urbex2007 your a fucking idiot "black smoke means your engine is broken" how the fuck do you think pullin trucks run you fuck...they still smoke now dont they and there not broken...either way yes you may be running a bit to much fuel...but that doesnt mean its really that bad for it..cause its not...
Sad that your boost meter only apears to go to 35, my 2003 3rd gen cummins is pushing 85 floored on the street and 130 sled pulling, silver bullet turbo
@TrueRedNecks Haha seems like people these days just dont know when to apply a filter alway shittn out their mouth...but hey adds some amusement to watch how ignorant people are...wish i still my 7.3 =/
@TheDreamingNightmare yeah okay, my 650 horse cummins only pushes 55 psi, and let me fill you in, if your pushing that kind of psi, your compressor is too small dumbass
I don't know why ya'll are talkin' about EGR valves. The 7.3L doesn't have an EGR valve. They put EGR valves on and all of that when the came out with the 6.0L.

@urbex2007 Dude you dont no what your talk about. The more fuel and air you give to a diesel the more hp and tq its gona make. And what i ment by tuneing is i have a chip to tune the computer for what i have done to the truck. Flip of a switch its gona lope.
