We beat Roanoke Stars 3-1. Of course he scores the only goal on us by faking out our entire defense. Tons of scouts watching our match and the one next to ours. Lots of good players on both fields that day. We had the superior squad, they just had him and a decent defense. I believe they were ranked #3 in the state at the time we were #5. Richmond Strikers were #1 and playing on the adjacent field. First time I played while scouts were watching, fun game.
this guy played for roanoke star. they're not the best club but they have produced some great players. the next one appears to be parker walsh who i believe plays for u19 karlsruher in germany. best of luck to him.
Yeah his knee was really in bad shape. Apparently if he had another surgery there was risk that if he had gotten injured after that, the knee would have collapsed and he'd be limping for the rest of his life.
Shame, the only goal scored by an American for Arsenal FC.
I've met Danny he used to play at our Club in VA before he left for Arsenal, he's Doin good now since his knee aparently, Arsenal called him back up to be a scout for them in the States, lucky bum.
While it's a shame about his playing career, he recently was hired by Arsenal as a scout in North America. :) I'm glad he's staying involved. Check out the link via his wikipedia page for more information.
it is sad, i was upset to see him leave Arsenal, see im American, and both our American players (him and Simek) have left. Clearly he was good. to bad about his knee. at least he is still in the employ of Arsenal, as a scout.
He's now a scout for Arsenal

Fabregas, Owusu-Abeyie, van Persie. Wish we still had Fab but we have Gervinho who's better than Abeyie now.

One person is apparently a fan of Man City. Or Spurs. Or doesn't like the idea of an American scoring for Arsenal.

@HZNW5 He helps at a club in America, so as soon as kids meet him, they look up a video of him

Chris Kamara is such a failure. Can't even say Karbassiyoon.
