  • The great thing about this track is that it included real whips!  There were several versions of 'Mule Train' competing for airplay in late 1949, but this is the only one that featured real whips!

  • I highly recommend all that love this song, please listen to Spike Jones 'Chinese Mule Train' & hopefully you will cry as I do from laughing. Spike parodied all popular songs for decades. If you know this song & the words I hope you'll do a search for 'Spike Jones Chinese Mule Train'. Luchi!!!!! 'Snap...'GONG'.... I know it's not PC but my Dad brought me up listening to comedy LPs

  • I am 49 and all I can say is HUBBA HUBBA! :-) But seriously so fun. Just watched the whole This Is Your Life with him as the guest. EXCELLENT. Sooo humble. Wish more stars were like that nowadays!!
