I think these concepts are based in psychological concepts and may not be a specific rule that applies in every situation. I think as a girl, it's tough to answer questions directly, but I agree that most men do respond better to that sort of direct non-elaborate approach.

I disagree completely. I believe this is a problem of personality type, not gender. I understand that she is a speaker and has been recorded stating her points and may even be a popular person, but she is wrong. I have met men who communicate the way she claims women to. I have met women who communicate the way she claims men do. My experiences conflicts with her statement.
