I love AI and 21CB but this is the shit that made me love these guys! When I was at their concert last month they only played "Going to Pasalacqua" and "2000 Light Years AWay" off of the first two albums so that was a lil upsetting but still the greatest concert of my life!

@39smoothgreenday All of their music is good. Partly because of the feelings and situations are so relatable and also because the sound is awesome. People who say that American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown isn't real Green Day aren't real Green Day fans.

Real fans wouldn't constantly put them down; they'd be understanding of the fact that Green Day has been around for 20+ years and they can't stay the same forever.

@iSeaSweeneyTodd I agree, My personal opinion is everything after insomniac was a little disappointing. I am a huge fan by the way. Every band evolves and changes over time. I think there sound matured a bit as a band. I mean shit, they were kids when they wrote 1,039 Smooth and Kerplunk. But come on, every Green Day record has a few great songs on it and if you call yourself a fan of the group, give the new records a listen, I guarantee a few will grow on you.

I used to be obsessed back in middle school with Green Day, like everyone else, but then they kind of faded out and rap/pop came around. But I still loved Green Day. I kind of feel old for loving them. No matter if I listen to other bands or rap or pop, Green Day is always where it's at and they remain my favourite no matter what.
